What a great week!

We had such a fabulous week! This was the second week of school for me and things are getting better and better! We left school on Friday at 12:30 and went to the river. We let the kids play and search for rocks. The teachers/ adults sat in chairs with their feet in the water and talked. It's so great to see kids outside creating their own fun instead of inside being entertained by a video game!

We had a scare on Tuesday when my mom had a severe back spasm and was taken to the hospital, but she recovered quickly and even felt well enough to go on the trip my parents had planned for the weekend. Thursday I FINALLY got a new phone! I'm so happy to have a phone that works now!

Temp had exams Friday through Monday. He has been studying and taking the exams all weekend! This upcoming week is kind of like a break for them because they don't have classes. They do have some optional speakers, meeting, etc...that he may attend, but he is looking forward to the much needed break!

Because all the boys are studying, we had a girls night on Friday night! One of the Partners invited us over. We took heavy hors d'oeuvres and had fun conversing with everyone! On Saturday night the Irwin's had us over for dinner. There were 6 couples there and we talked of starting a Supper Club!

Sunday I picked up 2 partners for church (the boys were still studying) and we met another partner there. We enjoyed a great service and then had brunch afterward!
